Many yoga teachers are often asked, what looks like a typical workday. This is a very "broad question," because there are so many types of yoga to study, teach and practice. In India, there are nine popular styles of yoga, but outside of India, only three of the main Indian Yoga styles are very popular - to be won three Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Raja Yoga.
Most frequently the many Hatha yogaSub-styles. There are so many Hatha Yoga sub-styles that it is easy for the public are confused, what kind of yoga is most familiar to them.
Getting back to the issue at hand - the example of a typical working day on my experience, the experience of my staff, and the experience of yoga teachers I come in contact. Please note that many yoga teachers work part time, but there are many, like me, who work on educationalYoga full-time as well.
If you do yoga as a full time apprenticeship, starting your day with a meditation. A yoga teacher should be an example of good health, and meditation is good for the mental, spiritual, and physical health. Many people do not see the connection between meditation and physical health.
Therefore, I will draw a mental picture. Look at people who are stressed, the "" depressed, over anxious, angry, or inpoor mental health. This is very stressful on the physical body, and many of these people are not in good physical health as a result. Connected In fact, mental and spiritual health is physical health.
Most people with mental health questions, please do not connect with the physical body and can increase their physical health as a result of neglect. How often do you hear: "I pray not have time for meditation, yoga, exercise, proper nutrition, or God?" Unfortunately, we hearthese things too often. The people refuse to mental health in the interest of being "politically correct."
The public needs your help and if you are teaching yoga to everyone, drive through traffic, working with the public and teach a healthy lifestyle, you need an example of a good holistic health.
Yoga teachers spend time preparing each lesson. The curriculum is particularly relevant for the needs, designed health, and age of the group. I've foundBookstores, libraries and in the office to plan the best places to focus on a yoga lesson.
