You can also take a Prenatal Yoga warning to your first handout, suspension or questionnaire for new students to be able to. Prenatal Yoga classes are specially designed for the safety of pregnant yogaStudents. Not teach pregnant yoga students without prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training.

This does not apply to yoga students of all ages, especially middle-aged and up suggested. Your Yoga students could do a warm up slowly - and this is much better than not at all fast, but it is still not acceptable.
Also related to neck movement - linear motion, and the front of the neck circle are good - albeit very slow running, but not a good idea for your older> Yoga students. All movements of the cervical spine should be performed in yoga classes, only after gentle isometric exercises for the neck. You should combine Pranayama with these isometric exercises for maximum benefits.

The only exception is when the knee is on the backthe ground, as this relieves the knees forward. However, when a yoga student has an existing knee ailment, or is prone to knee problems, the knee should remain directly above the ankle and not beyond. This can be very careful of some teachers, but hatha yoga teachers to teach to moderation and security in the asana practice, at all times.
