The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word "yeund" meaning yoke or join deduced. According to Hindu philosophy, this means union of individual soul (Jivatma) with universal consciousness (Parmatma) - or the union of the body with the mind and soul with the soul. This art defines methods and practices that help a person attain to divine knowledge.

Suffering is a part of life - whether physically, mentally and spiritually. The science of yoga focuses on severalAreas of body, mind and soul, bring it in perfect harmony to accomplish, to achieve health and wellbeing. This is achieved by the practice of various postures, called "asanas," breathing exercises called "pranayama, and meditation called" Dhyana ". The prerequisite for all this is a disciplined life and extraordinary commitment.

Yoga as a scientific system of body and spirit practices, took its roots in India three thousand years ago. The diverse mechanisms of Yoga --Exercises were designed to live for a person to contribute to endure a full life to the health and well-being on all levels. As a science of mind is called Raja Yoga, and as a science of intelligence Jnana Yoga. Jnana means intelligence. However, the same is manifested as the science of duty in karma-yoga, and as a science of the body and is in Hatha Yoga.

Yoga improves health and overall well-being in a person through a regime of physical exercises and postures.Disciplined and regular practice of asanas or postures and breathing exercises, as Pranayama makes the body healthy, supple and strong. Yoga practices have a major impact on the functioning of body organs, circulation, nerves and glands. It affects all systems of the body, so that an individual healthy, energetic, sharp, focused and calm. Many common diseases and physical ailments can be treated by regular practice of yoga postures.

Yoga and Healthinextricably linked in the Hindu way of life. The people are primarily drawn this practice for the health benefits. There intern arrests aging and brings harmony and balance in the body and mind - both externally and it is not too difficult to learn, and flexible enough to be practiced by everyone at all stages of life.
