Yoga Moves To Create Mind Body Balance

So there I was, trying to hide in the back row - while my yoga moves and grooves - well my version of them anyway - ever been there? Legs tangled in knots or in a position to exceed I can not get out of. If I had only listened to our teacher, rather than an attack of the giggles with my sister-in-law. However, I was hanging in the hope that I would over time be more in tune, more balance, coordination --and feel the benefits that others told me about it. So, what are they, anyway?
