Problem

Problems can occur suddenly after an accident or injury, or occur as the result of a slow, gradual process due to lack of exercise or poor posture. Problems can arise in various areas of the spine, but the most common is the lower back.

Massage can be very useful, where it will help narrow and cramped muscles, relieve tension in the body.
