Recently, a yoga teacher intern asked if it would be better to avoid any action, so that no negative reaction would come as a result of the action. In yoga classes, many of us have learned that karma "means action." Sometimes the simple explanation of the U.S. law of karma is, "What goes around, comes around."
To put it another way: The results of our actions are effects that will be good or bad produce. Most people do not stop to think:Inaction will also effects that will be good or bad. When we sit "still" all our lives, we will create a good or bad situation.
With that said, why should we ever give up? Need in this life, successful results in the rule actions. If we look at our hands in his lap, as a way of life, should not we be surprised, if not all our wishes come to pass.
The Yoga formula for action you take is very simple. Every thought in your mind, a picture. YouThey describe the images that you visualize in words. At this point it is helpful to write them on the old-fashioned way, or on a computer. Ponder a few of the words until they become a mantra.
If you think the words you have written, or think long enough, you will begin to take action. If you always take the same measures to the same goal, create a new habit. To change habits, your personality and your daily routine.
Your personality determines theOutcome of your destiny. This whole process requires action. Constant failure to act can change your personality, but who wants to be lazy to make a substantial part of their character? Who wants a reputation as a lazy man to establish?
Granted, there are times in life when we must be silent and to take action. If our children learn to take responsibility, we must. We can not bind "their shoes" for her entire life. The principle is the same in any organization.
In companieswe learn about the delegation. That may seem harsh when the word turns, but the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) does not sweep the free time on the ground, and it is doubtful whether he or she supervises the person who does sweep the floor. In fact, the person who sweeps the floor generally has taken action without much persuasion.
The main reason for the inaction is the fear of making a mistake. But the errors of our learning process, promote, and make us stronger for the experience.Whether you teach yoga, yoga or a student, every day of your life, decisions must be made by you. Use the best of our knowledge, the advice from people of good character to make morally sound decisions and actions taken.
You do not have to live a stressful lifestyle on the decision-making. Learn from every situation and move on. This is just one aspect of the law of karma.
