If you think yoga is what the picture you see in the eyes of your "mind's?" Many people still think of Hatha Yoga and its many sub-styles, which is only about yoga. This is due to the fact that, outside of India, Hatha Yoga (Union Physical Mastery) is most commonly seen.
Therefore it's understandable - not unless there are many forms of yoga, and many are much less physical forms that are sometimes misunderstood. Yoganeed to be practiced in an Ashram or on a yoga mat. To be beneficial, yoga can be practiced anywhere, anytime, in whatever form.

Yoga literally means "unity" or"Union", but each yoga style has a unique opportunity, the union of body, mind to achieve, and spirit. Yoga is not counter, non-conflicting, and can be integrated with many physical disciplines, and religious practices. Any type of yoga is the integration with other forms of yoga and healing.
Yoga teachers "spread the word," but they need to teach the most popular physical aspects of yoga if they want to keep to their students.This is why many people an incomplete picture of a complete health maintenance system for the three aspects of mind to get the body, and spirit. All three aspects of health are of equal importance, but the physical aspect is easy to implement.
Whether you are a beginner, long yoga practitioner, or a yoga teacher, your knowledge will make a difference for the best one. Only by loving kindness and mindfulness to your friends, colleagues and family, you willchange this world.
Therefore, the spread of Yoga is a miracle and a gift to humanity. By helping others, you will feel satisfaction that is helpful to their mental, physical and mental health. In return, you and your actions will be to develop with kindness as your guide.
